Earthwise Garlic – Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, please reach out — we'll work with you to make it right.

Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unplanted seed garlic within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at lucie@earthwisegarlic.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send you instructions for returning your order and issue a refund to your original payment method once we receive it back, typically within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations
Orders placed before harvest are preorders that reserve seed garlic for fall shipment, typically in September. Orders placed during active shipping season (September–December) ship within 5 business days and follow the same cancellation terms below. Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but our standard return policy above still applies.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong variety, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lucie@earthwisegarlic.com with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you — whichever you'd prefer.

Our Approach
We're a small family farm, and we stand behind what we grow and ship. If anything about your order isn't right, we genuinely want to hear from you and will do what we can to fix it.

What we can't guarantee is how your garlic performs once it's in your ground — that depends on your soil, your climate, your watering, and a growing season none of us control. We'll always help make sure what we ship you arrives healthy and true to variety; what happens after it's planted is where your garden takes over.
