About Earthwise Garlic

We're a small garlic farm based in Oregon, growing seed garlic the way we believe it should be grown — without pesticides or herbicides, with attention to variety, and with respect for the land.

Every bulb is hand planted, hand weeded, and hand harvested. No industrial equipment, no shortcuts — just careful work from soil to shipment.

We offer a selection of hardneck and softneck varieties chosen for flavor, performance, and adaptability to home gardens. Whether you're a first-time grower or a seasoned garlic enthusiast, we grow seed garlic we're proud to put in the ground ourselves — as well as our own table.

All orders ship in September, timed for fall planting. We keep quantities limited to what we can grow well.
