Earthwise Garlic grows bold heirloom garlic in Coburg, Oregon — just north of Eugene. Each variety is carefully selected for vibrant flavor, strong yields, and performance in Pacific Northwest conditions. All six are grown pesticide-free from ODA-inspected seed stock.

Music – Reliable All-Around Garlic

Music is our most popular variety, and for good reason. Large, beautifully formed bulbs with fat cloves that peel easily. The flavor is rich and savory with a gentle warming heat that does not overpower. If you have never grown garlic before, start here.
Outstanding for roasting, sauteing, and long cooking. The heat mellows and sweetens in the pan while the depth stays.
Georgian Fire – Bold & Spicy Heat

Ukrainian Red – Easy Peel, Classic Flavor

Ukrainian Red is the garlic for cooks who go through a lot of it. Known for how easy it peels — the papery skin slips off cleanly. Bold, classic flavor with a mellow earthy heat that builds gradually. Outstanding for roasting.
Donostia Red – Beautiful Cloves, Bold Flavor

Originally from the Basque region of Spain, Donostia Red has stunning deep purple-red cloves and wine-red streaking. Bold, spicy flavor when raw that mellows into a rich, full-bodied depth when cooked. One of the longest-storing hardnecks available.
