Music garlic bulb and clove

Type: Porcelain Hardneck | Heat: Mild-Medium | Cloves per bulb: 4–6 | Storage: 4–6 months

Music is our most popular variety, and for good reason. Large, beautifully formed bulbs with fat cloves that peel easily. The flavor is rich and savory with a gentle warming heat that does not overpower. If you have never grown garlic before, start here.

Outstanding for roasting, sauteing, and long cooking. The heat mellows and sweetens in the pan while the depth stays.
