Music is firm and reliable, storing through January with proper curing. Donostia Red is a cold-hardy Creole with rich, sweet-heat flavor and deeply colored cloves in burgundy and tan tones. Unlike most hardnecks, it stores 9 to 10 months, so you can keep both varieties side by side and compare them well into the following year.
Each pack includes approximately 8 to 12 seed cloves per variety, enough to trial both in a single season.
